What we do

We help community education organizations gauge program performance. We provide an independent perspective that program managers can refer to and share with confidence.

Who we are

We are a small team of experienced language educators and program specialists. We have experienced firsthand how reporting and measurement affect multilingual education programs. We work closely with clients to offer specialist judgment without resorting to expensive consulting firms.

Core services

Our focus is community-based, multilingual education. We serve ESL, workforce, and other relevant programs. We understand that these programs often operate in conditions where performance and progress can be difficult to measure, quantify, and explain to non-educators. We offer two solutions:

1. Program Health Check (2–4 weeks)

A concise, independent review of program design and operations for organizations with funding, audit, and/or donor expectations. We deliver a detailed memo that highlights findings and recommendations. We also deliver a one-page executive summary.

A review gives attention to program goals and activities, learning materials, delivery approaches, participation and outcome data, and staff perspectives. The scope is time-bound and practical, thus controlling costs.

2. Program Strengthening (6–8 weeks)

Focused support to strengthen program specifics. We may work separately or with program staff to clarify curriculum guidance, adjust delivery models, and/or improve learner support.

The strengthening process also may involve simplifying documentation and/or staff processes. Revisions are tested, documented, and delivered to program staff for carrying forward.

How we work

Remote-first and comfortable with distributed teams. We chart a course based on a clear scope, timelines, and deliverables. We carefully protect data and ground perspectives in live program experiences. We are personable, collaborative, flexible, and respectful of real-world constraints.

Who we work with

We support multilingual education for adults; ESL programs; community-based and NGO-led learning initiatives; and grant-funded education pilot and ongoing programs.

Organizations choose us when they want an independent view of how a program is functioning, when they need a pilot or an ongoing program to be explained in plain language, and/or when program staff can benefit from third-party performance reporting.
